D48-114 F-20 Tigershark

Initially designed as F-5G, the F-20 is a prototype light fighter designed by Northrop as an evolution of its F-5E Tiger II.

During the 1980s, as the F-20 could only be marketed by the US State Department as part of the “FX Program”, Northrop couldn’t sell it directly to foreign air forces as other companies sold their aircrafts.
